These Terms and Conditions (Terms) constitute a legally binding agreement between the customer (you) and Lavish Skincare Pty Ltd ABN 50 643 749 580 (us/our/we). These Terms apply to and contain important information about the ordering, purchase, processing, fulfilment and delivery of products from www.lavishskincare.com.au . By placing an order for a product/sr from Lavish Skincare Pty Ltd you agree to these Terms.

Please read the following Terms  carefully before placing an order.

You can place an order for a product/s online by following the directions on our website for the stated price (plus the delivery cost) as shown at the time of making your order.  Your order comprises an offer from you to purchase our product/s. We may choose to accept or reject your offer (whether for commercial quantities of products or for personal use). If you wish to order commercial quantities of our products, please contact us at glow@lavishskincare.com.au.

Each placed order  (if accepted by Lavish Skincare Pty Ltd), is an individual and binding contract between you and Lavish Skincare Pty Ltd for  the supply of the ordered product/s, in accordance with these Terms.

If you place separate orders, a separate delivery charge will be applied to each separate order and the products will be delivered separately (in accordance with those orders). We cannot join separate orders into one delivery. 

When placing an order on our website, please ensure that all information is entered carefully and is accurate. Lavish Skincare Pty Ltd trusts that all information you provide for each order is complete, true and accurate. Please review your order carefully (including the quantities) before submitting the order. 

Except to the extent otherwise required by law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law), Lavish Skincare Pty Ltd will not be liable to you or any other person, for loss, damage, cost or expense suffered as a direct or indirect result of the information provided in your order being incomplete or inaccurate, or as a result of being unable to alter or cancel your order once it has been accepted by Lavish Skincare Pty Ltd, whether in contract, negligence or otherwise. 

Before placing your order, ensure that you carefully review the contents and the total amount of products in your shopping basket. Your order and payment will be processed immediately once submitted and no changes can be made to your order on our website after this point.

Payment will be processed by Lavish Skincare Pty Ltd   shortly after an order has been submitted. Orders are deemed  as accepted by Lavish Skincare Pty Ltd as soon as the order is processed. 

Payment for the ordered product/s must be made by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) or PayPal.

Lavish Skincare Pty Ltd is not responsible for any errors or inconsistencies in information you provide, including but not limited to incorrect/inconsistent or not matching names on the credit card/payment and the name on your order.

By providing your credit card/payment card details, you request and agree to Lavish Skincare Pty Ltd deducting the total cost of your order and the applicable delivery charge from the provided  credit card/payment card details before completing the order.

The payment amount for your order will consist of  the value for the products appearing on our website at the time you submit your order together with  the applicable cost of shipping the goods (which will be automatically calculated prior to submission).
